The Offer

- Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

As the Registered Care Manager, you will be the driving force behind our care delivery. Your key responsibilities include:
- Leadership: Directly managing the day-to-day operations and supervising Care Coordinators and frontline staff.
- Quality Excellence: Ensuring services not only meet but exceed CQC and local authority requirements through rigorous audits.
- Collaboration: Working with multidisciplinary teams across the village to ensure holistic resident outcomes.
- Growth: Managing recruitment, staff retention, and ensuring your team is highly trained and competent.
- Empowerment: Developing individualised care plans that promote maximum independence for our residents.
Our ideal Registered Care Manager will have:
- Management Experience: A proven track record of leading care teams and managing income/expenditure.
- Regulatory Expertise: A deep understanding of CQC regulations (KLOEs) and experience leading inspections.
- Clinical/Social Care Knowledge: Expertise in safeguarding and developing person-centred care plans.
- Background: Previous experience as a Registered Manager or a strong background, ready for the next step in your career.
- Qualifications: Minimum NVQ Level 3, though NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care is strongly preferred.
