The ExtraCare Charitable Trust are recruiting for a part-time Bar Host to join our friendly hospitality team at our New Oscott Retirement Village. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bar Host to support the village's commitment to delivering ExtraCare's mission of “better lives for older people”.

Position: Bar Host
Hourly Rate: £13.45 per hour
Hours: 12hrs per week
Location: New Oscott Village, 25 Fosseway Dr, Birmingham B23 5GH
ExtraCare does not participate in the current “UK Visa Sponsorship” scheme, and we would not be able to facilitate sponsorship.
What will you do as our Bar Host?
- Welcome all customers and provide a professional, helpful, and friendly service.
- Support in arranging bar entertainments.
- Carry out quality training, supervision or coaching of our bar volunteers or other staff.
- Carry out stock control procedures and ensure all stock takes are carried out correctly.
- Positively promote sales awareness within the bar team.
- Be aware of who the personal License Holder is, and challenge suspected underage drinking.

- Able to work as part of a team and is flexible.
