We provide a domiciliary care service all under one roof. Are you a Night Relief Care Assistant who is compassionate, patient, and personable and would like to develop your career with us? Hours: Ad-hoc to cover absence, holidays etc. Shift pattern of mainly NIGHT shifts (9pm - 7am)
Salary: £13.61 per hour
Location: Wixams Retirement Village, Bedford Road, Bedford, MK42 6EA
As a Night Relief Care Assistant, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
- Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities.
- Promote and support the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents.
- Encourage independence and self-belief.
- Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Person Specification
- Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification.
- Personable, an effective communicator and a team player.
- Passionate about delivering a quality care service.
- Flexible with hours.
