£35,000 - £40,000 + company car or allowance + 10% performance bonus

Client: Established specialist contractor delivering waterproofing, commercial and flat roofing, and structural repair across car parks, podiums, decks, and roofs nationwide. A well-accredited business working across housing, retail, healthcare, education, and transport, now investing in its commercial team and offering a clear route to develop.

Job Info: Take ownership of the commercial side of projects, handling applications, contracts, and cost management across waterproofing, roofing, and car park works. Split your time between the office and site, typically four to eight visits a month, to build relationships with clients and stay close to live works. This role sits within an established commercial function with hands-on support from the operations manager, senior QS, and admin manager, and a defined path to progress through to Senior QS and beyond.

Requirements:

  • Quantity surveying experience, ideally from a roofing, waterproofing, car park, or general contracting background
  • Working knowledge of contracts and applications, with NEC3 awareness an advantage
  • Commercially focused with strong cost management and a growth mindset
  • Flexible approach to site visits and the occasional later finish when projects need it
  • Full UK driving licence
