They are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects from pre-start through to completion.
Role:
- Manage multiple roofing / cladding projects
- Oversee site teams and subcontractors
- Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to required standards
- Maintain client relationships and reporting
- Manage health & safety and site compliance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial roofing or building envelope projects
- Strong organisational and client-facing skills
