Client: Well established and growing commercial roofing & building envelope contractor, specializing in high-quality roofing solutions for commercial properties nationwide.
Job Info: Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities across multiple commercial roofing projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and crews to drive progress, enforce safety compliance, and manage materials, equipment, and site logistics. You will also be expected to lead and support crews on the ground, resolving on-site challenges quickly to keep projects moving forward.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role
- Strong background in commercial roofing, with expertise in Single Ply, Asphalt, Hot & Cold Applied, and Metal Roofing systems
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
