The Externals Group is working with an established roofing and building contractor. This contractor has been operating for over 40 years across multiple locations in the UK, with this position based within London.

As a contracts manager, you will handle projects from pre-start through to completion.

Role:
  • Manage multiple roofing and building envelope projects simultaneously.
  • Effectively maintain client relationships, reporting, and communication.
  • Manage both the site teams and subcontractors.
  • Work efficiently to ensure projects are complete on time, within budget and to a high standard.
  • Stay on top of health and safety regulations to ensure the project is complete within compliance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial roofing or building envelope projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple live sites.
  • Experience using traditional slate, tile, and leadwork.
