Job Info: Prepare accurate cost estimates for flat roofing packages on new construction projects within the Education sector, on schemes typically valued between £250k and £1m. Analyse drawings, specifications and tender documents, produce detailed cost packs and bills of quantities, issue variation orders, and maintain accurate records.
