About your service: Extend OSHC at St Francis Xavier Catholic Primary School
Location: Boxhill, VIC
Position: Casual
Hourly Rate: $32 to $45 Per Hour (inclusive of WRP) + Super
Role:
- After School Care: 3:15 pm to 6:00 pm (Wednesday and Thursday)
- After School Care: 2:45 pm to 6:00 pm (Friday)
- Wednesday to Friday (3 days)
- Vacation Care: Be a part of an exciting vacation care program! With up to 6 hour shifts
Paid administrative time and regular training and development opportunities.
Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
As our OSHC Service Assistant and Coordinator you will:
- Create Awesome Experiences: Assist in delivering science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
- Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.
- Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high.
- The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
What You Bring to the Mix
The Qualification: You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
The Vibe: You’re warm, engaging, and have a "can-do" attitude.
The Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
