Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part-Time, 28 Hours per week (Ideally to be worked Monday to Friday). This role requires regular evening work to host webinars. We usually run one evening webinar (occasionally two) per week during school term-time. These are usually on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evening and currently finish no later than 9.00pm. On this basis, working hours will need to be flexible to ensure that evening webinars are part of the working week. Time off in lieu will be granted where appropriate. The arrangements for this will be agreed in advance with the individual.
Salary: £24,500-£29,250 (pro-rata) per annum, plus additional payment in recognition of the additional costs incurred due to working from home. You will be paid a pro-rata sum of the amount set annually by the Board.
Reports to: Marketing and Events Manager
Work location: Home working. You must be based in the United Kingdom and have space to be able to set up a work space at home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-quality programme of training and events to support aspiring and experienced expert witnesses
- Create engaging content for our Moodle-based Learning hub
- Engage and manage key stakeholders including trainers and speakers
- Respond to member queries, ensuring appropriate support is provided
- Support marketing activities and plans that increase membership and delegate levels
The successful candidate will be a results driven, positive, and highly motivated self-starter, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage their own workload. They will have experience of creating engaging learning content using Moodle and be an excellent communicator who can articulate the value of EWI’s products and services.
