About The Exeter Wellbeing Hub
TheExeter Wellbeing Hub, based at The Exeter Business Hub, is a thriving community ofhealth and wellbeing professionals. We provide fully-equipped therapy rooms and office spaces for practitioners alongside a program of events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and people-focusedWellbeing Coordinatorto help us grow and support our community. This is a key role focused onroom lettings, event organisation, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Room Lettings & Coordination
- Manage therapy room and office rentals, ensuring maximum occupancy and a positive experience for all practitioners.
- Community Building & Networking
- Strengthen and expand our network of wellbeing professionals, ensuring the Hub remains a vibrant and supportive community.
- Event Management
- Organise chargeable CPD events, workshops, and regular informal meet-ups (such as monthly coffee mornings and wellbeing socials).
- Marketing & Promotion
- Promote the Hub throughsocial media, local outreach, and networking, positioning us as Exeter’s first choice for therapy space and professional connection. Experience using WordPress to manage and update the website is an advantage.
What We’re Looking For
- Strongrelationship-building and networking skills
- Experience incommunity coordination, events, or marketing
- An understanding of or passion for thehealth and wellbeing sector, especially the requirements of counsellors and psychotherapists.
- Confident usingsocial media (Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook) and digital marketing tools
- Organised, proactive, and enthusiastic
