The Exercise Coach in Flemington is seeking an Exercise Coach/Personal Trainer to deliver exercise instruction and assisted mobility and stability training to clients of all age groups.
Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive health & fitness programs for clients and incorporate our fitness, mobility, and stability systems.
- Track client progress weekly, reviewing nutrition logs and exercise worksheets.
- Coach clients through program duration with weekly exercise, mobility, and stability sessions.
- Provide proper instruction during client training sessions.
- Offer ongoing health and fitness education to clients.
- Lead follow‑up and conduct consultations, responding to leads efficiently.
