A leading global motorsport series is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join its Digital team and elevate its presence across social platforms.

The Social Media Manager will be central to their social media and content efforts from their state-of-the-art content production centre in London. You will drive daily posting, engage a fantastic fanbase, and make a huge impact across all social channels!

The key deliverables are:

  • Content Creation & Delivery: Take the lead on getting awesome content planned, briefed to creatives, and posted across all social channels like clockwork.
  • Community Engagement: Dive into the comments, messages, and conversations, keeping their community buzzing.
  • Agency Management: You will be looking after a talented team of content producers and community managers, keeping them accountable.
  • Performance & Insights: You will monitor their content engagement, working with Business Intelligence to track KPIs and spot opportunities for growth.
  • Social Calendar & Best Practices: Owning the content calendar, you will make sure everything is scheduled perfectly and that all social content is second to none.

  • Content Creation Expertise: You have a solid understanding of what makes engaging social media content and know how to brief creatives to bring it to life.
  • Social Media Savvy: You live and breathe social platforms (especially the big ones!) and know the best practices inside and out.
  • Community Champion: You are great at building relationships, fostering positive conversations, and know how to manage a social community effectively.
  • Organisational Rockstar: You are super organised, able to manage multiple tasks, hit deadlines, and keep a content calendar running smoothly.
  • Team Player & Communicator: You work well with others, can give clear feedback, and are comfortable collaborating with different teams and external partners.
