About the Organisation
Our client is a fast-growing global sports organisation delivering a major international tournament series across markets around the world.
Working with leading global brands and delivering events across an international calendar, the organisation continues to grow its commercial operation and is now looking to appoint a Partnerships Executive to join its London-based team.
The Impact You'll Make
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious commercial professional looking to develop their career within international sport.
Working within the Partnerships team, you will support the delivery of a growing portfolio of global sponsorships, helping ensure partners receive a high-quality experience across events and activations.
Alongside partnership servicing, you will take responsibility for coordinating hospitality and ticketing requirements across the tournament calendar, working with internal teams and event promoters to manage allocations and support seamless delivery.
With exposure to international brands and events around the world, the role offers the opportunity to build hands-on experience across partnerships, hospitality, ticketing and sports sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management and delivery of commercial partnerships.
- Assist with the delivery of partnership rights, activations and selected sponsor projects.
- Coordinate hospitality and ticketing requirements across an international tournament calendar.
- Manage ticket allocations and inventory, working closely with event promoters and internal stakeholders.
- Support the development of efficient processes across ticketing and hospitality.
- Prepare presentations, reports and updates for partners and internal stakeholders.
- Provide on-site support at selected international events to ensure a high standard of partner servicing.
Your Skills and Experience
- 2+ years' experience across sponsorship, sports marketing, events and/or ticketing.
- Experience gained within a rights holder, agency, brand or event organisation.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting partnership activation, hospitality or event delivery is advantageous.
- Proactive, ambitious and keen to develop a career within sports partnerships.
- Willingness to travel internationally to support events.
