We are pleased to share that we\’re working with a global sports tour to help recruit a Partnerships Manager to join their Commercial Team in London.
As Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class servicing across key accounts within the sponsor portfolio, helping to drive long-term value and contribute to the achievement of annual revenue targets.
In particular, you will take the lead on managing one of the tourβs most significant new global partners, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the success and growth of this high-profile relationship.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day servicing and activation for key sponsor accounts, ensuring rights are delivered to the highest standard.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with sponsors, internal teams (Marketing, Events, Sales, Licensing, Sports), and tournament promoters to drive seamless communication and delivery across the global tour calendar.
- Plan and execute sponsor activations and events, bringing partnerships to life in impactful ways.
- Oversee reporting and performance tracking to demonstrate value and inform future strategy.
- Support the Commercial Director on wider sponsorship initiatives and strategic projects.
- Tournament delivery and client management across their events.
- Coordinate and lead project status meetings where required.
- Identify and deliver added value opportunities for partners in collaboration with internal departments.
- Work with external agencies to monitor and evaluate sponsorship effectiveness.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Proven experience in account management and the delivery of partnership rights.
- Background in sponsorship or sports marketing.
- Track record in managing and coordinating the organisation of events and activations.
- Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
- Experienced in delivering against KPIs and performance targets.
- Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness.
Desirable:
- Experience in a commercial role within the sports industry or a sports marketing agency.
- Previous experience in a sponsorship-focused role.
- Experience working with broadcasters and media partners.
- Knowledge of commercial contracts and rights delivery.
- Experience in delivering campaign strategies for major international brands.
- Awareness of the digital marketing landscape.
- Familiarity with sponsorship visibility monitoring.
