Job Description
We are pleased to share that we're working with a global sports tour to help recruit a Partnerships Executive to join their Commercial Team in London.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in sponsorship, sports marketing, events, or account servicing who is eager to develop their career in the sports industry.
As Partnerships Executive, you will provide day-to-day support to the Commercial Director and wider Partnerships team, helping to deliver high-quality servicing to the organisation's global sponsor portfolio.
You will gain hands-on exposure to partnership management and sports sponsorship, working closely with international brands and contributing to the success of tournaments worldwide.

Responsibilities
· Provide administrative and operational support to the Commercial Director across all sponsorship matters.
· Assist with the day-to-day delivery of partnership rights and activations for selected sponsor accounts.
· Help prepare reports, presentations, and updates for partners and internal stakeholders.
· Support planning and logistics for sponsor events, activations, and tournament requirements (tickets, branding, hospitality, accreditation, etc.).
· Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Events, Sales, Licensing, Sports) to ensure smooth delivery of partner rights.
· Assist with compiling sponsorship monitoring and evaluation reports.
· Support in managing partner communications, including drafting meeting notes and following up on actions.
· Provide on-site support at tournaments to ensure sponsors receive best-in-class servicing.
· Carry out general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the Commercial team.
Requirements
Essential
· 1–2 years’ experience in sponsorship, sports marketing, events, or account management (agency, brand, or rights holder).
· Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in building relationships.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
· Enthusiastic team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
· Flexible approach to working hours and ability to travel internationally for tournaments.
· Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Desirable
· Previous experience working in a sports organisation or commercial/marketing agency.
· Basic understanding of sponsorship and marketing principles.
· Experience assisting in event delivery or activation.
· Familiarity with digital and social media platforms.
· Additional languages (Spanish, Italian, or French) an advantage.
