We are hiring a London-based role for a Championship Club as they look to appoint a new Head of Partnership Sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and commercially driven individual to play a pivotal role in the club’s exciting evolution and drive the organisation’s commercial and brand growth on the national and international stage.
As Head of Partnership Sales, you’ll lead the growth and expansion of the organisation’s global partnership portfolio driving new commercial revenues and shaping a forward-thinking sales strategy aligned with the club’s ambitious global vision. You’ll play a key role in developing a best-in-class partnership sales model, creating innovative, high-value propositions for international brands, and helping to position the club as a world-class commercial partner.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a global partnership sales strategy to attract and secure new international brand partners.
- Champion a modern, insight-led sales approach that prioritises high-margin rights including branded content, digital, and IP.
- Identify, package, and sell creative new assets, campaigns, and experiences that deliver measurable commercial growth.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve targets and support career progression.
- Collaborate with design, insights, and partnership delivery teams to ensure seamless service and activation excellence.
- Utilise CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecast performance, and deliver accurate sales reporting.
- Proven track record of securing high-value partnership deals across multiple brand sectors, both nationally and internationally.
- Strong understanding of the sponsorship and sports marketing landscape, supported by a robust brand and agency network.
- Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, with the ability to develop innovative assets and revenue-driving concepts.
- Strategic and commercially astute, capable of aligning brand objectives with the club’s partnership platform.
- Skilled in crafting bespoke, data-driven proposals tailored to a brand’s positioning, values, and objectives.
