We’re supporting a leading London-based sports marketing agency on an exciting new opportunity. This is an exciting agency with a world-class portfolio of partners helping shape the future of sport and entertainment.

This isn’t a typical partnerships role. It’s a creative, experiential led partnerships role, rather than a traditional sponsorship or rights-delivery position. The focus is on experiential events, live activations and sports event experiences, particularly working with strategic partners across English Football, Formula 1, and American Football.

Ultimately, it’s about owning these partnerships end-to-end, coming up with creative ideas, working with the right people to deliver them, and making sure the activations land properly. You’ll spend a lot of time collaborating with partners, being hands-on with live events and experiences, and keeping everything on track from a delivery and budget point of view.

Some of the key responsibilities are:

  • Lead day-to-day management of key strategic partner relationships, ensuring long-term value and best-in-class delivery.
  • Develop and deliver year-round partnership activation plans across major sports properties and international markets.
  • Drive creative, audience-first activations across content, live events, experiential, talent and influencer campaigns.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
  • Own commercial and operational oversight including rights delivery, budget management, reporting and partner performance.

The ideal candidate is someone entrepreneurial and creative, someone who brings fresh ideas and is confident pushing those ideas forward to genuinely bring partnerships to life. Ideally, this person will come from a sport, lifestyle or consumer brand background - either agency-side or in-house and understands how to engage global and multi-generational audiences.

We’re also keen on someone comfortable with relationship-building and outreach, where results aren’t always immediate – they’re happy to play the long game rather than chase quick wins. If this sounds like you - hit apply!
