Our client is a growing and ambitious SME consumer and personal care retail company. They have an exceptional growth track record, a distinct online and stores presence and international business operations. They are seeking an ambitious Finance Director / Head of Finance with related retail experience to work with the CEO to continue to build the company. You may currently be in a Finance Director, Financial Controller, Head of Finance or other senior finance position.
THE POSITION
- Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the management team to help continue to build the company, responsibilities include:
- Business planning, forecasting, budgeting and analysis
- Management reporting and cash flow management
- Review of stores and business performance
- Commercial and operational finance partnering to the management team
- Systems and process development
- Statutory reporting and liaison with advisors as required
- Management and development of a small finance team
THE PERSON
- The position requires a qualified accountant with retail sector experience, ideally in the consumer space. Experience of wholesale and distribution would be an advantage. International experience welcome.
- The position would ideally suit a commercially orientated candidate seeking to join an ambitious high growth company with a positive and supportive culture.
Salary £90,000 - £120,000 + Bonus / Benefits Package, Hybrid working
