FRACTIONAL CFO -LONGTERM – PROFESSIONAL SERVICES GROUP
THE COMPANY
The company is a mid size £multi-million , growing, ambitious and highly successful professional services company.
They are looking for a commercial and strategic fractional CFO for c.1-2 days / week on a long-term basis.
THE POSITION
The position will report to the board and work closely with the partners and all areas of the business.
Key elements of the position include:
- Commercial and strategic finance initiatives to develop the business
- Overseeing and developing the finance function
- Overseeing areas of systems and AI development
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates require professional services sector experience (eg Legal, Accountancy, Other professional services) and strong CFO commercial and strategic acumen. You will be proactive with proven track record in a professional services environment and good communication skills.
The salary range is a guide. Annual fulltime salary equivalent is 160k – 200k / Anum prorate for days worked + benefits. Or Day Rate.
