Overview
Exchange People are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Site Operative to join our client's team in Seaforth, Liverpool.
This is an ongoing temporary role with long term opportunities for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Cover the weighbridge when required.
- Carry out site cleaning duties to maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
- Support general site operations and day‑to‑day duties.
- Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.
- Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting sacks up to 25kg.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or site‑based environment.
- Comfortable carrying out cleaning duties as part of the role.
- Reliable, flexible, and hands‑on approach to work.
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling.
- Good time‑keeping and ability to work as part of a team.
Benefits
- Saturday overtime paid at £170 per day.
- 28 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.
