Our client, one of the UK's leading names in their industry, are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their customer service team at their site in Birchwood, Warrington.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders on SAP system
  • Updating and maintaining documents, systems and databases
  • Process incoming enquiries
  • Answering phone calls in a professional and friendly manner

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
