  • Operate production equipment as part of a team to meet production targets.
  • Work rotating shifts: Mornings 7am‑3pm, Afternoons 3pm‑11pm, Nights 11pm‑7am.
  • Follow safety and quality procedures.
  • Use personal initiative to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Complete 6 weeks of on‑site training before joining the shift rotation.
