Enhance Catering are recruiting a Chef to support the catering operation of one of our client production sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, maintaining high standards, and being part of a supportive team.
You will be a Chef with good cooking skills, good organisation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in producing dishes in bulk and supporting the team.
What You'll be doing
- Preparing and cooking predominately Indian & Asian dishes
- Preparing and cooking food to a consistently high standard following specs
- Maintaining excellent food safety and health & safety standards
- Helping with food prep, service, and section management
- Ensuring your area is clean, organised, and well-stocked
- Working as part of a kitchen team
- Ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality of all dishes
What Is On Offer
- Pay Rates: - £17 per hour
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8 hours per day | 6am-7am start time
Essential Requirements For The Role
- Experience of cooking Indian and Asian cuisine
- Production Chef experience beneficial
- Driving license
