We are currently recruiting professional Fine Dining Assistants to support service across a portfolio of prestigious hospitality venues, including luxury hotels, refined restaurants, private events, and exclusive dining environments. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional, detail-focused service and consistently uphold the highest standards of presentation, professionalism, and guest care.
What You'll be doing
- Delivering attentive, seamless, and polished fine dining service
- Serving food and beverages with accuracy, confidence, and impeccable presentation
- Preparing, organising, and maintaining dining spaces to exceptional standards
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of formal service etiquette and refined hospitality practices
- Anticipating guest needs and providing a personalised, high-quality experience
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth and professional service
- Maintaining outstanding standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene at all times
What We're Looking for
- Minimum two years’ experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality within the UK
- Immaculate presentation and a professional, well-groomed appearance
- Calm, confident, and attentive with excellent communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable with working hours across various venues
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working under pressure while maintaining composure
- Genuine commitment to delivering consistently high levels of service
