SHIFT OPTIONS:
Early: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Late: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Enhance Catering Recruitment is looking for experienced Chefs for an exciting long-term opportunity working within a large-scale airline catering and food production operation at Gatwick Airport.
You’ll be working as part of a professional culinary team producing high-quality meals for airline passengers, with a strong focus on food quality, consistency, presentation and working efficiently within a busy production kitchen.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced professional Chefs (CDP level and above)
- Previous high-volume catering experience is beneficial
- Reliable and committed candidates looking for long-term work
- Comfortable working a 4-on ,2-off rota
- Available for either early or late shifts
- Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
The Role
- Preparing and cooking food to a consistently high standard
- Working within a fast-paced, high-volume catering environment
- Following recipes, specifications and portion controls
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Working effectively as part of a large culinary and production team
- Supporting the preparation of a wide variety of meals and dishes
VETTING REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates will need to complete the Enhance DBS process and a full 5-year referencing process before starting the assignment.
