Enhance Catering is supporting a valued client in recruiting a
Chef Manager to support the catering operations at there multi-outlet education establishments in Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, hands‑on chef who enjoys leading a team, working with fresh ingredients, and delivering a high‑quality food service.
You will be an experienced Chef Manager or Strong Head Chef ready to step up, with excellent cooking and people‑management skills.
You take pride in running a well‑organised, efficient kitchen and are confident producing high‑quality meals at volume.
- What You’ll be doing
- Lead and manage a large team
- Catering for 800+ covers daily across breakfast, morning break & lunch service
- Prepare and deliver fresh, seasonal food to a consistently high standard
- Manage, motivate, and develop the catering team
- Ensure full compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and due diligence requirements
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with onsite stakeholders and clients
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
- Drive food quality, consistency, and presentation
- What Is On Offer
- Industry Leading Pay Rates - £35,000 per annum
- Working Hours - 45 hours per week | 6.30am to 3.30pm or 7.00am to 4pm
- Working Weeks - 42

Essential Requirement for this role
- Commute time within an hour of Bristol (must be able to drive)
- Previous Head Chef or Chef Manager experience (ideally high volume B&I, Education or healthcare)
