We are supporting a large event in Birmingham from 10th-16th August 2026! There are morning/afternoon and evening shifts available for this role! You must be free for at least 5 days from 10th-16th August!

What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting guests with a warm, friendly attitude
- Working on the till and handling food & drink
- Taking and processing food and drink orders accurately
- Serving food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Maintaining clean and organised service areas
- Communicating effectively with kitchen and bar teams
- Handling guest questions and resolving issues where needed
- Working collaboratively to deliver exceptional hospitality
What We're Looking for
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience (preferred)
- Must be 18 or over
- Positive, reliable, and customer-focused
- Able to work as part of a team in busy environments
