We are currently recruiting experienced Bar Staff to work across a variety of hospitality venues, including bars, restaurants, hotels, private events, and entertainment spaces. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to a high standard while delivering friendly, attentive customer service. This role suits individuals who can work efficiently under pressure, maintain a clean and organised bar area, and contribute to a positive guest experience.
What You'll be doing:
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Confidently mixing, pouring, and garnishing drinks
- Providing warm and professional customer service
- Taking orders accurately and processing them through the till
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar area
- Checking IDs and following responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods
- Handling customer enquiries with a friendly, proactive approach
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1–2 years’ bar experience in the UK
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and basic cocktail-making
- Confident working in fast-paced environments
- Professional, well-presented, and reliable
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
- Able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
