A bit about what you will be doing: The Learning and Development Manager plays a critical role in embedding service standards and strengthening operational capability across the group. The role will spend a significant proportion of their time within restaurant environments, working alongside teams during live service to role-model standards, provide real-time coaching and support managers in driving performance. The role is designed to flex in line with business priorities. During new openings, seasonal peaks or targeted performance improvement phases, the emphasis will be heavily operational. During stable trading periods, focus will shift toward structured programme delivery, development coordination and performance reporting. The objective is to ensure that service excellence is consistently delivered and that development initiatives translate into measurable improvements in capability, engagement and commercial performance.
