A bit about what you will be doing: The Operations Chef plays a key role in supporting the operational performance of multiple restaurants across the group. This role focuses on driving food quality, kitchen standards, team capability and financial performance across assigned sites. Weekend and evening work would be essential for this position. Working closely with Head Chefs, Sous Chefs and the Back of House Operations Director, the Operations Chef ensures kitchens consistently deliver:

  • Exceptional food quality
  • Consistent brand standards

  • Safe and compliant kitchens
  • High performing and engaged kitchen teams

This is a hands-on operational role, requiring regular presence in restaurants during service to coach teams, observe standards and support operational delivery.
