A bit about what you will be doing:

We are in search of a dynamic and passionate Senior Sous Chef with a profound understanding of culinary arts and leadership skills to spearhead our team towards delivering exceptional food and, consequently, an outstanding guest experience. Working closely with the Head Chef and restaurant management, you will uphold unwavering standards in service and kitchen management, placing significant emphasis on all aspects of Health and Safety. As the Senior Sous Chef, your primary role entails overseeing and orchestrating all kitchen operations efficiently and effectively under the guidance of the Head Chef. From meticulous mise en place to seamless service execution, you will ensure the kitchen operates with precision, maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in food preparation.
