The Role: Sales and Events Executive
The Restaurant: Based Across Support Office & Our Restaurants
The Contract: Full Time Position, 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday, Fixed Term Contract - 8 months

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Events Executive to join our central Sales and Events team. As Events Executive you will contribute to the delivery of The Evolv Collection sales strategy, with responsibility for handling and managing private dining, group bookings events and exclusive hires.
- Maximise all revenue opportunities for The Evolv Collection restaurants for private dining, exclusive hires and group bookings, cross-selling and up-selling as appropriate
- Build long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business
- Develop and maintain agent, corporate, DMC and event organiser database
- Solicit feedback from clients by following up each event to enhance customer experience
- Attend and work on events at the restaurants and venues as required
- Inbound telephone call handling experience
- Knowledge of restaurant industry or event industry
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
