The Evolv Collection is seeking a Reservations Agent for our central Farringdon office. You will manage day-to-day bookings by phone and email, confirm details accurately, and positively promote our dining concepts to guests seeking memorable experiences.
This is a full‑time, on‑site role with hours aligned to our 9am–9pm, 7 days a week operation. You will join a tight team of five and report to the Reservation Manager, bringing a friendly, professional English voice to every interaction.
