Introduction
At The Everyday Agency (TEA), we’re on the lookout for a dynamic, driven, and creative Marketing Manager who can both strategise and execute award-winning campaigns in the music and events space.
If you live and breathe electronic music, thrive on digital marketing, PR and social media, and want to work with a team that’s shaping the future of the industry then this is your stage.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll strengthen the connection between artists, labels, festivals and their audiences through impactful digital campaigns. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who’s equal parts creative strategist and executor, leading on social, email, direct to fan marketing, paid media and influencer marketing. You’ll be super organised, confident managing multiple campaigns, and driven to build global fan communities and deliver measurable results.
Why Work With TEA?
The Everyday Agency is a multi-award winning agency specialising in music, events and festivals. We are here to help independent brands be seen and heard. With over 11 years of industry success, we’ve supported clients in achieving measurable results, turning them into global names and industry influencers.
We’re a small team, with BIG impact. In this role, you will work directly alongside the company directors. This position will be very hands on, offering rapid growth, with an accelerated, exponential learning curve.
About You
You’re a forward-thinking digital native with a sharp strategic mind, creative flair, and a deep understanding of the ever-evolving digital landscape. You don’t just follow trends, you anticipate them. With a natural eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and an obsession with detail, you know how to turn insight into scroll-stopping content that fluidly connects and converts.
Driven by results and inspired by culture, you thrive in high-performance environments where creativity meets accountability. You’re endlessly curious, self-motivated, and constantly looking to grow, both professionally and personally. You bring a proactive attitude, a collaborative spirit, and a hunger to shape campaigns that win hearts and awards.
You live and breathe social media, fluent across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat, and fully understand how to build communities, not just content. You see each platform as a tool for impact, and you’re excited by the chance to work with some of the most innovative names in music, events, and culture.
This is more than just a job, it’s your passion, and you’re ready to make your mark.
