At The Everyday Agency (TEA), we are on the lookout for a dynamic, driven, and creative Marketing Manager who can both strategise and execute award-winning campaigns in the music and events space. The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will strengthen the connection between artists, labels, festivals and their audiences through impactful digital campaigns. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who is equal parts creative strategist and executor, leading on social, email, direct to fan marketing, paid media and influencer marketing. You will be super organised, confident managing multiple campaigns, and driven to build global fan communities and deliver measurable results.

Key Requirements
- Strong strategic thinking, ideation & implementation: This role focuses on creating solid strategies, creative ideas as well as implementing high quality campaigns for our clients.
- Music industry & event experience: Deep industry experience spanning events, labels, artist campaigns, and music, with a strong working knowledge of DSPs and their role in digital music strategy.
- Strong communication skills: Skilled in both written and spoken communication, with a proven ability to develop compelling and persuasive messaging.
- Passion for Digital Marketing: Deeply curious about cultural shifts and trends, and how they spread and adapt across digital platforms.
- Strong analytic and reporting skill: Passion and ability to understand data from ads, socials, press and listening tools and pivot strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent organisation & time management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity: A naturally creative thinker who consistently goes beyond the ordinary, bringing fresh, innovative ideas and contributing to the development of compelling campaign and content strategies.
- Previous Agency Experience: Past experience at an agency, understanding the pace and attention to detail required on high profile campaigns.
- Passion for PR & Digital Marketing: Well-versed in media and social platforms, consistently tuned into music, industry updates, and cultural media. Familiar with digital metrics and reporting, influencer marketing, and content creation tools, including graphic and video editing for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Spotify. Brings both curiosity and practical know-how to navigating and leveraging digital media.
What You Will Do
- Lead and manage multi-platform digital campaigns across Direct to Fan, Email Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing and influencer marketing.
- Deliver end-to-end strategy, ideation and implementation.
- Host strategy workshops and produce campaign frameworks for global clients.
- Ideate, create, and execute impactful social media campaigns including TikTok content, Instagram Reels, live event coverage, influencer activations, and festival takeovers that drive engagement, build community, and boost visibility across key platforms.
- Generate graphics and video for marketing assets.
- Generate copy for email campaigns, social media, web, PR, and press kits.
- Craft and proofread copy to ensure accuracy and quality before publication.
- Own campaign timelines using project management tools (ClickUp or similar).
- Effectively manage priorities, keep deliverables on schedule, and coordinate multiple moving parts.
- Work closely with the Management Team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams for seamless delivery and top-tier communication.
- Support and lead team members to execute high-performing campaigns.
- Be a dependable, clear communicator who takes initiative and solves problems.
- Use tools like Meta Ads Manager and Spark Ads to track and report on campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and digital shifts, applying insights to future strategy.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in an agency, working in a similar role.
- Marketing CIM qualification, Marketing Degree or additional marketing qualifications not essential but advantageous.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Notion) to manage content workflows, timelines, and team collaboration.
- Active participation in music communities with a keen interest in electronic 'dance' music and strong awareness of trends, artists, and culture within the scene.
- Familiarity with DSPs like Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, etc.
