Role Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of mid to high value properties
- Cases include sales, purchase, freehold, and leasehold
- Managing a paralegal and providing support with their cases
- Providing clear, practical, and timely advice to clients
- Managing files after onboarding up to post completion
- Supporting senior colleagues on more complex residential property matters
- Contributing to business development and client relationship activities
Person Specification
The successful Conveyancer in Camberley, Surrey will be qualified (Solicitor, Licensed, CILEX) with 3 years PQE or more. In addition, you will possess the following experience, skills, and attributes:

- Experience handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
