Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a long-established and highly reputable law firm with offices in both Liverpool and Chester. This is a permanent role that can be undertaken on a full-time or part-time basis, offering the opportunity to work on a broad mix of residential property matters.
The firm is also open to applications from NQ Solicitors and Paralegals (who have completed the LPC) with experience managing residential conveyancing files.
About the Role
As the incoming Conveyancing Fee Earner you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages
- Maintaining and developing strong working relationships with clients and referrers
- Contributing to the growth of the department through client care and business development
- Working independently with confidence, while also collaborating effectively with colleagues
Working arrangements
- Part-time (3 days per week): Based in the Liverpool office
- Full-time: Split between 3 days in Liverpool and 2 days in Chester
About You
We are keen to hear from Solicitors, Conveyancers, Legal Executives, Fee Earners and experienced Paralegals with at least two years’ conveyancing experience and able to demonstrate the following:
- Confidence in handling your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A proactive, client-focused approach and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using legal case management systems
This is an excellent opportunity for Paralegals who are looking to qualify via a Training Contract or the SQE route, as the firm is committed to supporting career development and will consider offering qualification support to candidates who have completed the LPC.
They are also open to applications from Newly Qualified Solicitors who are keen to manage a mixed caseload of Conveyancing and Private Client matters, provided they have completed seats in both areas during their training contract.
