This is a full-time, permanent job position offering a salary of £40,000 to £50,000 and hybrid working, with remote working available for two days from home each week.

Role Responsibilities
As Senior Residential Conveyancer Team Leaderin Leicester, Leicestershireyou will combine hands‑on residential conveyancing with responsibility for managing and developing the Leicester team.
- Manage and develop the Residential Conveyancing team, providingdaytodayleadership and support.
- Handle a varied residential property caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, newbuild matters, remortgages, equityreleaseand transfers of equity.
- Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with clients and professional referrers.
