Eventus Legal is seeking a Senior Litigation Executive to join an award-winning organisation that provides services to SMEs nationally. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Litigation Executive to manage a caseload of Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunal matters. This is a permanent, full-time job role based in Manchester offering an excellent salary of up to £36,000 (dependent on experience) along with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (which rises with service), a day off for your birthday, enhanced sick pay, a group healthcare scheme, life insurance, and a genuine interest in your career growth within the organisation.

About the Role

As the incoming Senior Litigation Executive you will manage your own corporate clients and support them with employment law matters from initial review to settlement and final hearing. The role offers a high level of autonomy with the support of a knowledgeable and collaborative team. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and managing Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunal matters, including complex open track cases
  • Drafting ET3 responses, witness statements and relevant applications
  • Conducting preliminary hearings by telephone
  • Managing disclosure and preparing bundles
  • Liaising with clients, tribunals, and claimant representatives
  • Advising clients on case merits and settlement strategy
  • Building strong working relationships with clients as their dedicated Litigation Executive
  • Achieving commercially favourable settlements

About You

If you have litigation experience and a genuine interest in employment law, then this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your legal career. The role is ideal for someone who has a law degree or equivalent with a commercial mindset and the ability to build a strong rapport with clients. You will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • LLB/LPC/GDL
  • Previous experience managing a caseload of litigation matters
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage your own caseload with accuracy and efficiency
  • Commercial awareness and commitment to providing outstanding client service

Employment law experience is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided, tailored to your level of experience.
