Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a well established and expanding Residential Property team in Leicester, Leicestershire. This is a full‑time, permanent residential conveyancing position with one of the City’s most reputable multi‑service law firms. Job Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including sale and purchase, leasehold and freehold, right to buy, shared ownership, remortgage and transfer of equity.
- Drafting all relevant documentation and SDLT forms.
- Providing clear and accurate advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Supporting junior team members as and when required.
- Liaising with estate agents, solicitors, lenders, and other third parties.
Person Specification
- Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner with 2 years+ experience managing a caseload.
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently from instruction through to completion.
- Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Excellent client care and relationship‑building skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and third parties.
