Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Residential Conveyancer for a law firm based in Wetherby, West Yorkshire. This is a permanent job that can be offered on a full time or reduced working week. Other benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and free on-site parking. Role Responsibilities The incoming Residential Conveyancerwill be working in a small team, with responsibility over a caseload of residential matters. Your duties may include, although not limited to: Predominantly taking a lead acting for a corporate client with a unique approach to residential conveyancing, whilst also acting for high net-worth individuals. Providing effective communication and excellent customer care to your clients at each stage of their journey. Delegating and overseeing the work of support staff. You will be working with excellent I.T and leap case-management. Person Specification Applications are sought from all Residential Conveyancers, either Solicitors, Licenced Conveyancers, Legal Executives and those not formally qualified but experienced in the role. You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience running your own caseload and will be able to work unsupervised and on your own initiative.
