Eventus Legal are seeking a Property Legal Secretary to join a well-established law firm in Nantwich, Cheshire. This is a full-time, permanent office-based job with a salary of £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience. The firm may also consider part-time or job share arrangements for the right person. This Property Legal Secretary job offers the opportunity to support an experienced property team within a friendly and growing legal practice, with scope for long-term development. Job Responsibilities As Property Legal Secretary, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners across commercial and residential property matters. Your responsibilities will include: Audio typing using digital dictation Using Smokeball case management software to support day-to-day file administration Preparing, filing, scanning and photocopying documents Liaising professionally with clients, HM Land Registry, estate agents and solicitors Providing full secretarial support to fee earners within the Property department Providing occasional reception cover when required Person Specification Applications are welcomed from experienced legal secretaries who can provide accurate, organised and professional support within a busy property team.
