Eventus Legal are seeking a confident and passionate Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3 years PQE+, to join a highly reputable and very well established Private Client team based in central Burton on Trent, Derbyshire. This is a full-time, permanent position with a leading regional law firm. Benefits include hybrid working, generous annual leave, pension contributions, local transport links and parking and clear structured career development plans, offering a salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of Private Client files including Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Trusts, Estate Administration and Tax
- Supervising and mentoring junior private client team members as and when necessary
- Adhering to strict SRA compliance and confidentiality regulations
- Providing clear and accurate advice to clients at all times
- Support with the on-going business development of the private client department overall
Person Specification
- Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE
- Prior experience managing an autonomous Private Client caseload
- Experience managing and supervising fee earners, or the readiness to step into a supervisory role
- Be capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Full clean driving license
