A well-established, independent Chartered Financial Planning firm in Manchester city centre is looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join its growing team. This is a genuine career opportunity with a strong package behind it: an 10% employer pension, 26 days' holiday plus Christmas closure, full exam support and hybrid working with flexible hours.
About the firm
This is a Chartered status practice, independent and whole of market, that has been advising clients across the North West for several decades. The business is owned by the people who work in it, not a network or consolidator, with close to £1 billion AUM. What stands out is the progression: people are brought in and developed on merit, moving up when their performance says they're ready, not when someone above them leaves. The operation is well run, with strong systems and processes behind the advice.
