Family Solicitor in Newcastle upon Tyne

Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join a firm based in Newcastle. This is a full-time, permanent position. Role Responsibilities

The successful Family Solicitor will deal exclusively in private family law matters. Some of the daily duties will include:

• Managing your own complex caseload of mid-high value divorce, finance and private law children matters
• Drafting complex orders
• Advising clients on all other areas of privately funded family matters including, cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements, child arrangements and child disputes.

Person Specification

The incoming Family Solicitor will be able to work independently and provide excellent levels of knowledge around all aspects of Family Law. Importantly, the candidate will also be able to display:

• Good interpersonal and organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• Adaptability and use of own initiative
• Ability to organise and prioritise your workload within the required timescales
• Excellent PC/keyboard skills
