Senior Family Solicitor

The Role
You will join an established Family department, handling a broad and high-quality caseload of privately funded matters. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex and sensitive cases while maintaining a strong level of client contact.
Your caseload will include:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy, including high-value and complex asset cases
- Private children matters
- Cohabitation disputes
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
You will be expected to manage matters independently from instruction through to conclusion, while also supporting the wider team and contributing to departmental growth.
There is a strong emphasis on client relationship management and business development, and you will be encouraged to play a key role in strengthening referral networks and generating new work.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Family Solicitors who:
- Have circa 8+ years PQE with strong private family law experience
- Are confident managing a full caseload independently
- Demonstrate excellent technical ability and sound judgement
- Are commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
- Have strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset
