Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join a team based in Mexborough, South Yorkshire. Although this is a full-time, permanent job, part-time applications may be considered. Benefits include a generous holiday allowance, bonus scheme and free parking.
Role Responsibilities
- The incoming Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for dealing with residential conveyancing matters at all stages.
- Taking instructions from clients and advising accordingly.
- Obtaining and preparing file documentation.
- Billing files and obtaining monies due to the firm from the clients and other parties.
- Delegate supervisory responsibilities as and when required.
- Maintaining legal knowledge and skills.
Person Specification
- The successful Residential Conveyancer will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing and will be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Possess a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
