Eventus Legal are seeking a Family Solicitor to join a successful firm in Malton, or to divide your time between Malton and York. It is a great opportunity to use and develop your skillset in a supportive environment where you will be responsible for your own complex caseload.
Role responsibilities
- Run an independent caseload across the full range of privately funded family law matters, supported by a Legal Secretary.
- Provide excellent client service levels and build strong client relationships to maintain an active pipeline of work.
Person specification
- Qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives with experience in privately funded family matters, ideally with 1 PQE and above (applications from all qualification levels considered if the requisite experience is demonstrated).
- Full driving licence.
- Ideally based in Malton or able to work between Malton and York.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a friendly and approachable manner.
Rewards and Benefits
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. You will receive 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (approximately 23‑25 days most years), subsidised parking, enhanced sick pay, free legal advice, and an active social calendar.
