Eventus Legal are recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join the property department of an established and highly regarded law firm based in Lichfield, Staffordshire. About the Role
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will take responsibility for managing a broad range of residential property transactions, providing practical advice and exceptional client service throughout each stage of the process.
- Managing a busy caseload of residential conveyancing files from initial instruction through to completion and post‑completion formalities
- Advising clients on a range of property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Reviewing title documentation and carrying out detailed title investigations
- Preparing and reviewing contracts
